Every season, I bake artisanal Easter bread aka Kulich for my family, friends, and neighbors in Austin Metro Area, Texas. In 2022, there will be two batches, every batch of 12 to 24 loaves ~5″ D and ~5″ H (about 12.5 oz/350 g each). The dough will be flavored with saffron and vanilla-orange zest, with golden raisins and citrus candied peel folded into the dough.
You can also order organic tropical candied peel of assorted Hawaiian citrus fruit — for your Easter baked goods or as a healthy snack. My Hawaiian citrus peel was made with low amounts of organic cane sugar and gently dried under the tropical sun.
