Bring a taste of Denmark to your table this brunch season! Join us at the Lyukum Cooking Lab cozy kitchen for a hands-on 5-hour cooking class featuring Danish Rye Bread Partner Brunch—Rugbrød and Smørrebrød. You’ll bake a hearty rye loaf using heirloom Danko rye flour and berries, celebrated for its robust flavor and rich aroma, then top off the experience by creating an assortment of Smørrebrød with different savory delights. At the end of the class, each student will take home a loaf of rye bread and enjoy a light brunch of these delicious open-faced sandwiches!
