Price includes 25 min presentation about sushi — history, types of sushi, all you need to know about rice for sushi; expert instruction, demo, and practice making rice for sushi, two maki (rolls) or oshi-sushi (pressed). Cost of ingredients is not included. During the class, you will have a chance to smell and taste a lot of condiments, toppings, and ingredients essential for Japanese cooking. We will cover basic knife skills, as well as safety rules for working with Japanese knives.
