You CAN make a great pizza at home without a special pizza oven imported from Italy. All you need is a good baking stone in your oven and some practice to master the pizza dough. Price includes expert instruction, demo, a portion of dough for two pizzas to take home, and at least 4 slices of 4 different pizzas to taste at the end of the class. Bring two 1-quart containers with lids and a cooler with ice. You are welcome to BYO wine.
