Request Your Class:
Contact me with your preferred date, location, number of participants, and any dietary notes.
Confirm Details:
I finalize menus, schedule, and pricing with you.
Final Confirmation (7 Days Prior):
You can cancel without penalty until 7 days before the class. After confirmation, I’ll purchase ingredients for the agreed number of guests. Cancellations after confirmation incur a 50% fee (per person or for the group).
Payment & Tips:
All costs are due at the end of the event by Zelle, check, or cash. Receipts for class expenses are provided per request. Gratuities are appreciated.
Working with Groups:
Group leader coordinates event details, timing, and recipes. Confirms the number of participants 7 days prior to the event. Ensures guests arrive and depart on time. Manages payment and any additional tips.
Host a private event led by a professionally trained chef with over a decade of experience. Enjoy 3–4 hours of guided instruction or eating experience in my welcoming, one-of-a-kind kitchen and dining room or at your own venue. I’ll provide all equipment, high-quality ingredients, detailed recipes, and a lot of fun.
