Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner, a festive celebration, or simply wish to enjoy a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your home, my personal chef services are designed to make your event seamless and unforgettable.

 

Dining Formats & Pricing

Formal Sit-Down:

Classic option for special occasions. The menu includes 2-3 appetizers, a main dish, and a dessert. 

  • for two — $125 per person + Ingredients

  • for group of 4 to 7 — $85 per person + Ingredients

  • for group of 8 to 12 — $75 per person + Ingredients

Sample Dining Menus​

Small Plates and Grazing: 

A brilliant option for large parties with 20 to 60 guests. The menu includes 5 savory items, and 1-2 desserts. 

  • $35 to $55 per person

Before Your Event

Initial Consultation

We begin with a personalized consultation where we identify your group’s taste preferences, dietary needs, and event details. During this session, we discuss your vision, and I work with you to craft a custom menu that aligns with your requirements and budget.

Menu Design

Based on our conversation, I will create a menu that reflects your preferences, incorporating seasonal and high-quality ingredients. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the final menu, ensuring it perfectly matches your expectations.

Preparation and Shopping

A few days before your event, I personally shop for the freshest ingredients to ensure the highest quality in every dish. I handle every detail, from sourcing specialty items to selecting the finest produce.

The Day of Your Event

Cooking and Service

On the day of your event, I will arrive at your location to prepare and cook your selected dishes on-site. Each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring it’s served at its peak.

Cleanup

After the meal, I will meticulously clean my work area and tools, leaving your kitchen as spotless as it was before I arrived.

Location Options

You have the flexibility to host your event at my kitchen and dining area or at your own location, whichever is most convenient for you.

Cuisine Focus & Menu Customization

I use a wide variety of culinary techniques and tools, including sous vide, professional grills, and a smoker. My dishes are crafted with high-end seasonal local ingredients, drawing inspiration from various culinary traditions. These include classic French, European and Eastern-European cuisines, local Tex-Mex, and Asian cuisines, with a special passion for Japanese dishes.
